Email Account Password Policy Change

Due to increasing security requirements, we will be making changes to the password policy for MB network/email accounts starting on 10/31.
Additionally, we will be changing the login procedure to Google Drive so that it no longer requires you to re-route through MB’s Cloud. (More details about that later)
Starting on 10/31, when you change your password it will need to adhere to the following policy:
1)      The password cannot be one of your 3 previously used passwords
2)      The password need to be @ least 8 characters long
3)      The password needs to meet 3 of the 4 following complexity requirements:
a.      At least one lower case letter (a-z)
b.      At least one UPPER case letter (A-Z)
c.      At least one number (0-9)
d.      At least one special character such as !$#%
As part of this policy change, we are increasing the password expiration days to 180 from 120. This means that you will only need to change your password 2X a year.
Starting on 11/7, we will be asking EVERY MB user to start changing their password.
Starting on 12/5, if you have not changed your password yet, you will not be able to log into Google Drive.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy change does not affect your MYMB password.
