How do I authenticate to the iBoss for Internet Filtering

Faculty, Staff, and Students  have different levels of restricted policy in our Internet Content Filter (iBoss). However, if the filter does not recognize who you are is assumes that you are a guest (or a third grader) and applies that level of access. If you are being blocked from a site that you feel to which you should have access, please use the following instructions. We have created a simple method for authenticating yourself properly….

To authenticate to the filter, please do the following…

  • Make sure your device is on the mbwireless network
  • Login to cloud.mosesbrown.org
  • In the left-hand column, select “Moses Brown”
  • Click iBoss…
  • You should see a iBoss screen with your account name on it.
  • Leave that window open and browse the Internet is a different one.
